Dragon Jam

Today I want to talk about something some of you may know of, and others may be hearing about for the first time. About this time last year I put out a small batch of sweet and spicy “jam” called Dragon Jam I came up with the recipe years ago we generally keep a jar of it in the fridge. It’s become a secret weapon in my cooking for many years.

There came a point where I thought “Damn I need to bottle this shit and sell it!” So I whipped up branding, came up with some packaging and took some limited orders via social media. I was actually pretty surprised how well it did, I sold around 4 cases in a week. What I hadn’t expected was how much work it would actually be. Not to mention receiving word of damages on delivery. So I explored some options and ultimately came to the conclusion, this just wasn’t really going to happen on a large scale.


Moral of the story is this. Sometimes as a creator you just have to see something through and walk away from it, enjoy the fact that you did it and focus on the next thing. Thats what Dragon Jam was for me. So today I want to share a version of the recipe with the world. I hope you try it out and enjoy it!

Dragon Jam

  • 2 cups your fav strawberry jam

  • 1/4 cup sriracha

  • 1 tsp chili garlic sauce

  • Mix well

  • Put it on your fav foods, it’ll make your tongue slap your brains out.
